Their lives drastically changed after their father suddenly passed away .
They need to give up the lawyer dream and their professor sparkled their interest in history
and medieval German literature .
At first, they work for library . A plenty of time to research and collect old folk tales .
In 1812, these tales became extremely popular . They helped to spark
a revival in national literature and culture .
Tales such as Snow White, Cinderella, and Hansel and Gretel have been translated into
hundreds of languages and continue to be read to children to this day .
